In 2014, we inaugurated the Clínica Internacional de Alta Tecnología CLINALTEC S.A.S. That same year, we became the first clinic in Tolima to install a linear accelerator and open the radiation oncology service.
In 2015, we expanded our services with the opening of the Diagnostic Imaging area, significantly improving our ability to diagnose and treat various diseases with advanced technology.
In 2016, we continued our expansion with the opening of the Central Mixing Plant and the Pharmaceutical Service, which allowed us to offer personalized treatments and improve the quality of care for our patients.
In 2018, we inaugurated the Gynecologic Oncology outpatient service. This new service allows our patients to receive specialized care for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant and premalignant gynecological diseases, reinforcing our commitment to the health and well-being of the female community.

This expansion allows us to offer comprehensive and high quality care to our patients, providing modern spaces equipped with the latest technology to ensure their well-being and recovery.
In 2020, we responded effectively to the COVID-19 pandemic, adapting our services and protocols to ensure the safety and care of our patients.
In 2021, we were awarded in the "Night of the Best" by the Board of Directors of FENALCO of Ibagué, in recognition of our commitment and excellence in health services.
In addition, we opened the only Molecular Biology and Genetics laboratory in the region, reinforcing our capacity to offer precise and advanced diagnoses in the treatment of various pathologies.
In 2022, we inaugurated our second linear accelerator for radiotherapy services, expanding our capacity for advanced cancer treatments.
In addition, we introduced cardiology, cardiovascular surgery and electrophysiology services, reinforcing our commitment to comprehensive, high-tech care for our patients.
In 2023, CLINALTEC joined the Global Network of Green and Healthy Hospitals, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability.
We opened a new branch in Girardot, offering outpatient consultation, non-ionizing diagnostic imaging and chemotherapy.
In addition, we launched our advanced Nuclear Medicine service with PET-CT and SPECT-CT technology, significantly enhancing our diagnostic and treatment capabilities.
In 2024, CLINALTEC expanded its care model with the opening of the Home Care service, bringing our health services closer to patients and their families.
Furthermore, we incorporated the Magnetic Resonance Imaging service, strengthening our diagnostic capacity and reaffirming our commitment to innovation and the use of advanced healthcare technology.
In 2025, CLINALTEC continued to strengthen its specialized care capacity with the opening of the Angiography service and the implementation of the Autologous Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) program, expanding care alternatives for our patients.
Additionally, we inaugurated the Pink Clinic, a space created to provide comprehensive and specialized care for women, strengthening our commitment to their well-being, prevention, diagnosis, and timely treatment.
