Por Clinaltec lo suscribi\u00f3 Diana Lorena Giraldo, gerente de Investigaci\u00f3n y Docencia de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2 class=\"cl-h2\">Formar en la regi\u00f3n a quienes atienden en la regi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>El punto de fondo del convenio es la escasez de especialistas. Un departamento con altos \u00edndices de c\u00e1ncer necesita onc\u00f3logos, cirujanos y subespecialistas, y hasta ahora quien quer\u00eda formarse en esas \u00e1reas deb\u00eda salir del Tolima \u2014 y con frecuencia no volv\u00eda. Un hospital universitario cambia esa ecuaci\u00f3n: la formaci\u00f3n ocurre donde est\u00e1 la necesidad.<\/p>\n<p>Las especialidades contempladas incluyen Cirug\u00eda Reconstructiva, Cirug\u00eda Pl\u00e1stica Oncol\u00f3gica, Medicina Interna y Cirug\u00eda, adem\u00e1s de subespecialidades en oncolog\u00eda.
